Glad to have found this website and this group. I have been singing since I was little, maybe 7 or 8 yrs old, but really started to take it seriously at 15 when I discovered Mariah Carey and tried so hard to imitate her... Never could quite do that, but I do love to sing and I do love to write songs that express my sentiments. Happy to be here!!

After being TOP No 1 selected artists among 1666 participants in Conexão Vivo contest, reserved to Brazilian artists, I'm in the FINAL ROUND now.

We are 24 bands, and we play in March in the Caravan Festival in the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. 12 will be selected for a CD and DVD compilation, ringtones on Vivo mobiles and a concert in the International Festival of Belo Horizonte. Few of these 12 will be sponsored by Vivo during one year.

A traditional jury will choose 10 bands/artists, and, with internet vote, 2 of the 24 finalists will also win the Conexão Vivo Contest !

I'm the only female singer in the final round, some female vocalists are in other band too, but not as main singer. I call your attention not for this curious fact, but because I feel myself ready, after a long preparation concerning vocal technique, originality of repertoire, professionality of musical production, and attention in build my image, ready to win a national contest in my country.
